Multi-Hazard eLearning courses

The AHA Centre has established strategic partnerships with external institutions to strengthen its technical capacity and expand its knowledge base. Among these collaborations, the Centre partnered with the Centro Italiano per la Ricerca sulla Riduzione dei Rischi (CI3R) — the Italian Center for Research on Risk Reduction — to co-develop multi-hazard eLearning courses for the AHA Centre’s Learning Management System (LMS).

Through this partnership, CI3R’s expertise in risk reduction and instructional design supports the development of courses that reflect global best practices while remaining responsive to the ASEAN context. The collaboration enhances the quality, relevance, and accessibility of disaster management training across the region, contributing to the AHA Centre’s vision of serving as a regional hub for knowledge and capacity building.
