Welcome to the ASEAN-ERAT Level 1 Pre-Course Interactive Module.
This interactive learning series introduces the key concepts, procedures and responsibilities that ASEAN-ERAT members need to understand before participating in the onsite induction course. Through interactive presentations, activities and knowledge checks, you will explore how ASEAN-ERAT operates throughout a deployment mission, how team members work together, and how information and assistance are managed in a coordinated manner.
The seven modules cover:

- Safety and Security
As you work through the modules, consider how each topic applies to your responsibilities as a potential ASEAN-ERAT member. Pay particular attention to the importance of respecting the leadership of the affected Member State, following established procedures, communicating reliable information, working collaboratively and maintaining the safety and security of the team.
These modules provide foundational knowledge to prepare you for the onsite training, where you will have opportunities to discuss concepts, practise procedures and apply your learning through practical activities and scenario-based exercises.
Your learning goal: Build a shared understanding of ASEAN-ERAT's role, mission procedures and individual responsibilities so that you are better prepared to contribute effectively to a coordinated, safe and principled ASEAN-ERAT deployment.
